Similar in thickness to a one-cent coin (1.55 mm). The sleeve is regular sturdy cardstock, 14 pt.

Stand out from the rest! Personalize your incense boxes with your company and product details. A preliminary digital mock-up will be created and open for 2 complimentary revisions. Final printing will be done upon your approval.
Please note, if a revision is requested after your pre-production sample photos were confirmed to be created, another set of revisions must be purchased even if only 1 revision out of 2 was used.

Once approved, printing will begin immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that a preliminary digital mock-up sent to you is correct or corrected. Please review carefully. Your instructions may not be clear to me as they are to you. I am happy to work with you however possible. Zoom is available, just message me if this would help. You are also free to request a cancellation of your project. Please note, that this cannot be granted after you’ve approved a digital mock-up.
REVISIONS
Every revision must be submitted. Preliminary digital mocks come with 2 revision requests. Revisions for produced pre-production mock photos are not included. You can purchase another set of two revisions. Revisions include artwork orientation changes, size changes, color changes, etc. If you wish for your logo to be edited, (i.e. remove/add elements in your logo) you can purchase the EDIT MY LOGO product listing.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To ensure that you are happy with the final package, it is recommended to start with a small order before proceeding with a large order.
If you are confident with how your preliminary digital mock-ups appear, you can place a large order and approve production on all of your boxes. Remember, your order comes with 2 complimentary revisions.
FAST TURNAROUND
Standard turnaround is 1-3 business days for most orders. Larger orders may require more production time (1-2 weeks).
RETURN POLICY
Please note, that customized orders are not refundable per policy. Blank boxes are refundable in their original condition.
