This Shipping Policy explains our shipping, processing, and fulfillment practices for physical products ordered through the Services.
Order Processing and Production
Most UX BOXES products are custom-made, manufactured to order, hand-assembled, personalized, or produced using customer-supplied artwork.
Production timelines vary depending on the product, quantity, complexity, proof approval status, material availability, and current production schedule.
Estimated production times displayed on the Services are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Production does not begin until all required information, artwork, files, specifications, and approvals have been received.
Shipping Methods
We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers selected at our discretion.
Available shipping methods and shipping costs may be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated delivery dates provided by UX BOXES or shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, weather events, customs inspections, labor disruptions, transportation issues, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
UX BOXES is not responsible for carrier delays occurring after an order has been shipped.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, inspections, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipment tracking details by email or through their account.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may not always reflect real-time package movement.
Shipping Damage, Loss, and Claims
Customers must inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers should retain all packaging materials and contact UX BOXES within seven (7) days of delivery.
If a package appears lost in transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
Once a carrier marks a shipment as delivered, responsibility for package security generally transfers to the recipient. UX BOXES is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery unless otherwise required by law.
Delays Beyond Our Control
UX BOXES shall not be liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, governmental actions, customs delays, supply chain interruptions, equipment failures, or other force majeure events.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy.
