No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order, personalized, digital, and production-oriented nature of our products and services, UX BOXES does not accept returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Custom or personalized products

• Products manufactured using customer-supplied artwork, logos, trademarks, labels, or designs

• Approved proof orders

• Digital downloads

• Templates and downloadable files

• Consultations

• Online courses

• Design services

• Custom packaging and printed materials

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase by submitting a cancellation request through our designated cancellation form.

Once design work, proof generation, production, manufacturing, printing, assembly, or fulfillment has begun, orders may not be canceled and may not be eligible for any refund.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or other appropriate remedy.

Production Variations

Many UX BOXES products are custom-made, hand-assembled, manufactured to order, or produced using a combination of digital and manual production processes.

Slight variations in color, material, texture, finish, scoring, fold placement, dimensions, print registration, assembly, alignment, glue application, cutting tolerances, paper grain, substrate characteristics, and similar production-related attributes are normal and do not constitute defects.

Samples

Customers are strongly encouraged to order samples before placing larger production orders. Sample purchases help verify sizing, materials, construction, and suitability for a particular application.
