After you have placed your order, you can upload your latest design files and/or details here! Please submit one complete file per design variation to avoid confusion. Unless you are hiring UX BOXES to design or prepare your artwork, you must have all of your design elements as you would like them to print. You will receive a digital proof to approve via email. Once approved, printing will begin immediately. Every branded custom order comes with two complimentary revisions. Easily purchase another set of revisions to use on any of your purchased custom box orders. You are also free to request a cancellation of your project. Please note, that this cannot be granted after you’ve approved a digital mock-up.
Digital mocks are non-refundable. A $10 fee will be retained if your order is canceled. To avoid cancellation, respond to your mock within 5 days of delivery.
