Sturdy materials are coated with your custom design. Choose from a variety of five coating + finishes:

• Cream Coating/Matte Finish

• White Coating/Matte Finish

• White Coating/Glossy Finish

• Kraft Coating/Textured Finish

• White Compostable Coating/

   Fibrous Finish

Coated box materials use any of these five 300-350 GSM materials.

• Kraft (300 GSM)

• Brown Sugarcane (350 GSM)

Every revision must be submitted. Your order comes with two complimentary revisions. You can purchase another set of two revisions.

Submit your design details in one of the three ways listed above in SUBMIT YOUR DESIGN.

Preliminary mock-ups will be sent to you for your approval. The mock process operates in three phases:
Phase 1: Preliminary Digital Mock-up – a digitized version of your submitted design on a box.
Phase 2: Pre-production photo of your approved mock – a photograph of an actual pre-production sample of your approved branded box.
Phase 3: Your order goes into production – full box production + quality assurance.

Production begins upon approval of a finalized digital mock-up sent to you within 1-3 days of your order (normally in Phase 2). You will receive a pdf to e-sign. Your custom print order comes with two complimentary revisions. Once you have approved a digital mock-up, printing will begin immediately (Phase 2). It is your responsibility to ensure that a preliminary digital mock-up sent to you is correct or corrected. Please review carefully. You are also free to request a cancellation of your project. Please note, that cancellations cannot be granted after you’ve approved a mock-up (Phase 2).

To ensure that you are happy with the final package, it is recommended to start with a small order.

You can purchase 4 sample boxes before committing to a large order. If you are confident with how your digital mock-ups appear, you can place a large order and approve production on all of your boxes. If an error has occurred 100% on my part, I would be happy to re-do your entire order only if the recommended sample order was preceded. To not delay your order, please make sure your artwork files contain outlined text. If you are not sure about this, please make sure that you upload the font files present in your design.
