These incense boxes can fit approximately 20-40 9 – 11-inch tall sticks each with at least an eighth of an inch in diameter. Thicker sticks that will fit maybe about 10-20 per box.

Once approved, printing will begin immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that a preliminary digital mock-up sent to you is correct or corrected. Please review carefully. Your instructions may not be clear to me as they are to you. I am happy to work with you however possible. Zoom is available, just message me if this would help. You are also free to request a cancellation of your project. Please note, that this cannot be granted after you’ve approved a digital mock-up.

Changes or additional personalization sent to me after your submitted your order will be counted as 1 revision out of 2 offered. It is recommended to send these changes together with your entire personalization information instead of separately to avoid confusion and not delay your project.

Every revision must be submitted directly to the site in the Upload Files form. Preliminary digital mocks come with 2 revision requests. Revisions for produced pre-production mock photos are not included. You can purchase another set of two revisions to apply to your current order. Revisions include artwork orientation changes, size changes, color changes, etc. If you wish for your logo to be edited, (i.e. remove/add elements in your logo) you can send in a request.

Additional designs sent after you submitted an initial design will be counted as 1 revision unless you are requesting more than one design or separate designs.  It is recommended to send these changes together with your entire personalization information instead of separately to avoid confusion and not delay your project.

To ensure that you are happy with the final package, it is recommended to start with a small order before proceeding with a large order.

If you are confident with how your preliminary digital mock-ups appear, you can place a large order and approve production on all of your boxes. Remember, your order comes with 2 complimentary revisions.

Standard turnaround is 1-2 weeks for most orders. Larger orders may require more production time (1-6 weeks).

Please note, that customized orders are not refundable per policy.
