FITS YOUR HANDCRAFT INCENSE STICKS
These incense boxes can fit approximately 20-40 9-11-inch tall sticks each with at least an eighth of an inch in diameter size. Thicker sticks that will fit maybe about 10-20 per box.

ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS
Find your niche. Select from a variety of materials and finishes that speak to your brand.
GSM/Material/Finish: 176 GSM/Kraft, Ivory, or White Sleeve/Textured*, 350 GSM/Tree-Free Sugarcane*/Natural White or Brown Fiber Texture: Sugarcane material is produced using 90% sugarcane stalks & a 10% combination of linen and hemp.
*Sugarcane boxes require a label coating for custom prints.

COATED WITH LOVE
Choose from coated or uncoated boxes. If you wish for your design to be directly on your incense box, you can choose kraft as your material setting. Branded boxes with a GSM of 300 or higher are coated with a finished label that includes your design.
Finished labels for sugarcane choices can be customized in the Personalization field.
• Kraft Box Material – Includes personalized box printing on the box without the need for a label coating.
• White Sleeve/Kraft Inner Tray Box Material – Includes personalized box printing on a matte white label that covers all panels of the box sleeve.
• Sugarcane (Brown) – Includes your personalized design on a natural white sugarcane label placed on the front panel of a brown sugarcane material.
• Sugarcane (White)- A white sugarcane box. Includes your personalized design on a natural sugarcane label placed on the front panel of a white sugarcane material.
• Sugarcane (Brown) 2 – A brown sugarcane box. Includes your personalized design on a textured kraft label placed on the front panel of a brown sugarcane material.

EASILY SUBMIT YOUR DESIGN
Upload your files directly. Personalized box printing is included for the front of the box only with a coating + finish of your choice.

Once approved, printing will begin immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that a preliminary digital mock-up sent to you is correct or corrected. Please review carefully. Your instructions may not be clear to me as they are to you. You are also free to request a cancellation of your project. Please note, that this cannot be granted after you’ve approved a digital mock-up.

Changes or additional personalization sent to me after your submitted your order will be counted as 1 revision out of 2 offered. It is recommended to send changes together with your entire personalization information instead of separately to avoid confusion and not delay your project further.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To ensure that you are happy with the final package, it is recommended to start with a small order before proceeding with a large order.
If you are confident with how your preliminary digital mock-ups appear, you can place a large order and approve
production on all of your boxes. Remember, your order comes with 2 complimentary revisions.

FAST TURNAROUND
Standard turnaround is 1-3 business days for most orders. Larger orders may require more production time (1-2 weeks).

FUSS-FREE RETURNS
Don’t worry! I want to make sure you are happy with your order. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. I will send you a return label. Once the items are received, and in good condition, I will issue you a full refund.
