DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE POLICY

This Digital Product License Policy governs the use of digital templates, dielines, downloadable files, design assets, proofs, and other digital products made available by UX BOXES (“Digital Products”).
License Grant
Subject to compliance with our Terms of Use, UX BOXES grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased Digital Products for the purchaser’s own personal, internal business, branding, packaging, and product development purposes.
Permitted Uses
Unless otherwise stated in writing, you may:
• Use Digital Products to create packaging, labels, inserts, marketing materials, and related products for your own business or organization.
• Modify Digital Products as reasonably necessary to adapt them to your products, branding, packaging, or manufacturing requirements.
• Use Digital Products in connection with products you manufacture, market, or sell.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, share, transfer, publish, or otherwise make Digital Products available to any third party.
• Upload Digital Products to marketplaces, template libraries, file-sharing websites, repositories, AI training datasets, or similar platforms.
• Claim ownership of any Digital Product created by or obtained from UX BOXES.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices where applicable.
• Use Digital Products to create, market, operate, or support a competing template library, packaging platform, packaging generator, software product, or design service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, trade dress rights, proprietary rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Digital Products remain the exclusive property of UX BOXES and its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred by the sale or licensing of Digital Products.
Termination
Any violation of this Policy or the Terms of Use may result in immediate termination of the license granted herein without refund and may subject the violator to additional legal remedies.
