Prohibited Activities for File Uploads

At UX BOXES, customers may upload artwork, logos, packaging designs, templates, product labels, images, and other materials in connection with custom orders and digital services.

To protect our customers, intellectual property rights, and platform integrity, the following activities are prohibited.

1. Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not upload any file, artwork, logo, trademark, packaging design, photograph, illustration, text, template, or other content that:

  • Infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Contains unauthorized reproductions of branded products or packaging.
  • Uses copyrighted artwork, photographs, or graphics without permission.
  • Copies, reproduces, traces, scans, reverse-engineers, substantially imitates, or otherwise appropriates another company’s packaging, branding, trade dress, templates, proprietary designs, or protected visual elements without authorization.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess all necessary rights and permissions before uploading content.

2. Illegal or Fraudulent Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Contains fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.
  • Promotes unlawful activities.
  • Facilitates intellectual property theft or counterfeiting.

3. Malicious Files

You may not upload files that contain:

  • Viruses
  • Malware
  • Ransomware
  • Spyware
  • Trojan horses
  • Malicious scripts
  • Corrupted files intended to disrupt systems

Any attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the Services may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

4. Offensive or Harmful Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive.
  • Contains hate speech or discriminatory material.
  • Contains unlawful obscene content.
  • Encourages violence or criminal activity.

5. Unauthorized Use of Third-Party Brands

You may not upload logos, trademarks, packaging, labels, or branding materials unless:

  • You own the rights to such materials; or
  • You have obtained authorization from the rights holder.

Upon request, we may require evidence of ownership or authorization before processing an order.

6. Automated Scraping or Reverse Engineering

You may not use uploaded files, proofs, previews, product configurators, generators, templates, or other Services to:

  • Reverse engineer our systems.
  • Analyze proprietary workflows.
  • Replicate our tools or functionality.
  • Train, validate, fine-tune, improve, or operate artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, automated design tools, or competing software platforms using content, proofs, templates, configurators, workflows, or other materials obtained through the Services.
  • Develop competing packaging generators, template systems, or design platforms.

7. Misuse of Digital Deliverables

If you receive templates, dielines, proofs, downloads, or other digital deliverables from UX BOXES, you may not:

  • Resell them without authorization.
  • Redistribute them publicly.
  • Share licensed files with third parties.
  • Claim authorship of UX BOXES proprietary materials.
  • Remove proprietary notices where applicable.

8. False Ownership Claims

You may not submit content while falsely representing that:

  • You created the content.
  • You own the content.
  • You possess rights that you do not actually hold.

9. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject uploaded files.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Cancel orders.
  • Refuse future service.
  • Remove content from our systems.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement or rights holders when legally required.

10. Customer Responsibility

By uploading content to UX BOXES, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or possess all necessary permissions to use it.
  • The content does not violate any third-party rights.
  • The content complies with this Prohibited Activities Policy and our Terms of Use.

You remain solely responsible for all content that you upload through the Services.

11. Counterfeit and Infringing Products

You may not upload content intended to create, manufacture, distribute, promote, or facilitate counterfeit goods, knockoff products, unauthorized reproductions, or products that infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
