At UX BOXES®, we value thoughtful collaboration and are committed to providing accurate quotations, clear communication, and exceptional service throughout the packaging development process.
To ensure that every client receives the attention their project deserves, we have established the following consultation and quotation guidelines.
1. Complimentary Initial Consultation
Prospective clients may request one complimentary scheduled phone consultation to discuss their packaging needs.
This consultation may include:
- Packaging styles, dimensions, and structural requirements
- Available paper stocks, finishes, and printing options
- Estimated quantities and production considerations
- General pricing and quotation questions
Complimentary consultations are limited to 30 minutes and must be scheduled in advance.
2. Quotation Requests & Revisions
UX BOXES® provides complimentary initial quotations based on the project specifications submitted.
Each prospective project includes:
- One initial quotation
- Up to two complimentary quotation revisions
Revisions may include adjustments to quantities, materials, printing specifications, or finishing options.
Requests for additional quotations, extensive pricing comparisons, or repeated specification changes may require a paid consultation or custom estimating service.
Any applicable fees will be disclosed and approved before work begins.
3. Follow-Up Communication
We welcome questions and understand that selecting the right packaging requires careful consideration.
Following the initial consultation, clients are encouraged to submit additional questions by email.
Written communication allows to:
- Provide accurate and consistent information
- Maintain a clear record of specifications and pricing
- Minimize misunderstandings
- Respond efficiently without interrupting scheduled production work
Text messaging may be used for brief clarifications. Detailed pricing discussions and quotation revisions should be submitted by email.
4. Additional Phone Consultations
Additional phone consultations are available at the discretion of UX BOXES® and must be scheduled in advance.
When further discussions require extensive design guidance, repeated quotation reviews, or detailed production planning, a paid consultation may be required.
Suggested consultation fees:
- 15-minute consultation: $25
- 30-minute consultation: $45
- 60-minute consultation: $85
Consultation fees are separate from product pricing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Quotation Validity
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance.
Pricing is subject to change based on material availability, production costs, quantities, and changes to project specifications.
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order or reserve production capacity.
6. Project Approval & Production
Once a client is satisfied with the quotation, UX BOXES® will provide the applicable ordering instructions.
Production scheduling begins only after the required payment, specifications, and artwork approvals have been received.
Additional changes after approval may result in revised pricing, production timelines, or additional fees.
