Most UX BOXES products are custom-made or manufactured to order. Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork approval, and current production schedule.
Flat-rate shipping is available on most orders. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order when available.

Returns
Due to the custom, personalized, and made-to-order nature of our products, UX BOXES® does not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
