Most UX BOXES products are custom-made or manufactured to order. Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork approval, and current production schedule.
Flat-rate shipping is available on most orders. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order when available.
Returns
Due to the custom, personalized, and made-to-order nature of our products, UX BOXES® does not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

The boxes have to be glued to seal which was my only complaint. Other than that they look just like the pictures and are very cute. May not be good for shipping bottles with liquids because they are thin.
However I received a response very quickly when I emailed about not wanting the boxes. Very pleasant and professional service. I was sent a shipping label and told I would be refunded in total. That’s the reason I gave 5 stars because to me customer service goes along way.
