WHAT TO CONSIDER

Production begins upon approval of a finalized digital mock-up. Once you have approved a digital mock-up, printing will begin immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that a preliminary digital mock-up sent to you is correct or corrected. Please review carefully. You are also free to request a cancellation of your project. Please note, that cancellations cannot be granted after you’ve approved a digital mock-up.

Please take note that this listing falls under the custom orders category and therefore is non-returnable. I will communicate with you via Etsy to ensure you are satisfied with your final logo and copy print.

Box labels cover 2 sides of the box (front panel + side panel).

Standard turnaround is 1-3 business days for most orders. Larger orders may require more production time (1-2 weeks).

Don’t worry! I want to make sure you are happy with your order. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. I will send you a return label. Once the items are received, and in good condition, I will issue you a full refund. Please note, custom orders are not refundable per policy.
