Returns
Due to the custom, personalized, and made-to-order nature of our products, UX BOXES® does not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
This structure is designed for standard 11” incense under typical bundling conditions. Variations in stick length, bundle thickness, or positioning may affect fit and hanger hole clearance. Tops and bottom arrive unsealed.
